As of April 6, 2022, project will rebid. No definite date for a rebid. Village of New Miami CDBG & OPWC Water System Improvements, Phase 2 Project LEGAL NOTICE The bid will furnish all mobilization, demobilization, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as the CDBG & OPWC Water System Improvements, Phase 2 Project and at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud. The Engineers cost estimate for this project is $207,350.00. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All contractors and sub-contractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Opportunity Requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the Davis Bacon wage rate on Public Improvements in Butler County and the Village of New Miami. The Village of New Miami reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject all bids.
