In accordance with ORC 153.54, each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond. No proposals will be entertained unless submitted on bid forms furnished by West Chester Township Trustees. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities and to award contracts to the bidder or bidders they deem most capable of meeting the completion dates, time being of the essence. This project will comply with ail of the guidelines for prevailing wage. This project is tax exempt.
