PROJECT NO.: 21120.00 PN - 2022028 The Project consists of 4 separate bid packages to take place at the existing Courthouse in Bayfield, WI. Work includes but is not limited to: Demolition of existing roofing and associated materials as well as selective interior demolition, new roofing, patching work, including but not limited to soffit and fascia cleaning and patching as required, sheet metal flashing and trim, rough carpentry as needed, installation of new electrical work as required. 1. Bid Package #1: Roofing Project a. All work required to demolish and dispose existing roofing and install new asphalt roofing, underlayments, flashing and sealants. 2. Bid Package #2: Electrical/data updates; new lighting/emergency lighting; new exit signage a. All Work to install new electrical and data circuits. b. All Work to remove and dispose existing lights and replace with new lights/emergency lighting. c. All Work to remove existing and dispose exit lights and replace with new light fixtures 3. Bid Package #3: New Fire Alarm System a. All work to demolish and dispose the existing Fire Alarm System and relace with a new system. b.
