Project number - 221151 The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. The Work consists of two (2) new buildings for The Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa located along State Highway 13 as well as access and utility services to the new buildings and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The purpose of the two (2) buildings is to house equipment and offices for the Red Cliff Transportation Department. b. Building 1 Scope: One-story new transportation facility that will contain offices, maintenance operations, and tempered garages. Building 1 contains two parts: (1) a pre-engineered metal building for vehicle storage and maintenance and (2) a sitebuilt slab-on-grade addition to the pre-engineered component intended for office use. The office includes a classroom space with a separate entrance. The scope includes all associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to support the building described in this Manual and in the Drawings. c. Building 2 Scope: Erection of a pre-engineered metal building for vehicle storage. Structural components of Building 2 to be furnished by the Owner and erected by the Contractor. The scope includes all associated civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to support the building described in this Manual and in the Drawings.
