Description The Pointe-de-l'Île school service center is issuing a call for tenders for work to replace the interior finish (sports block). All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents and their addenda, if applicable. Timeline The Contractor will be able to mobilize on the work site, from June 27, 2022. The start date of the work is June 27, 2022. The date of taking possession before the end of the works (early) for this project is set for August 18, 2022. The date of acceptance with reservation of the work is September 15, 2022. This date establishes the end of the work. The correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than October 6, 2022, i.e. 21 days following the date of receipt with reservation of the work. Acceptance without reservation of the work is scheduled for December 5, 2022, i.e. sixty (60) days following the end date of the period for correcting deficiencies. If, for a reason of force majeure, the offices of the school service center are closed on the date and time scheduled for receipt of tenders, the deadline for receipt of tenders is moved to the next business day.
