WHEREAS, upon review of such bids by Dominic Brigano, Assistant Engineer, Rack and Ballauer Excavating Co., Inc. has been determined to be the lowest and best bidder; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, upon recommendation of the Warren County Assistant Engineer, that it is the intent of this Board to award the contract to Rack and Ballauer Excavating Co., Inc., 11321 Paddy's Run Road, Hamilton, Ohio 45013, for a total bid price of $414,002.55; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the President of the Board is hereby authorized to execute a "Notice of Intent to Award.
