Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of an original Bid bond or by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Money Order, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. As a condition of entering into a contract, the successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the price bid for the complete work. Said bond shall be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio. Requirements for the payment of prevailing wage rates will apply to this Contract. The statutory requirements of the State of Ohio relative to the licensing of corporations organized under the laws of other States will apply. Lake County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items.The Lake County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids
