Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Painesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Said improvements shall be in accordance with specifications and proposal forms on file with the Clerk of the Board of Lake County Commissioners. The work covered by the plans and specifications includes: Construction of a 7.3-acre Composite Landfill Liner System consisting of Excavation, Structural Fill, Clay Liner (RSL), Geosynthetics (HPDE/geomembrane Liner and nonwoven Geotextiles), Leachate Drainage Media and Leachate Recovery System. The scope of work also includes onsite soil borrow area management, necessary haul road improvements, site grading and finalsite restoration. During construction, management of landfill leachate (existing Phase III) will be required in addition to construction of a leachate toe drain adjacent to the new cell. Management of all stormwater (run-on and run-off) within construction limits and soil borrow area. Additional tasks include the installation of new electric panels, pump, and flow meters will be executed by a pre-selected subcontractor (SAS Environmental, Inc.) All work under this contract shall be completed within 140 days of Notice to Proceed
