City Cemetery Mowing A performance bond in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) shall be required of the successful bidder Proposals shall be in accordance with all requirements of the attached agreement proposal of this request for bid. The successful bidder agrees to have all necessary equipment and personnel available to commence furnishing the services under this agreement at the execution thereof, and agrees to continue the performance of said Cemetery Mowing Services, as provided herein, for a period of one (1) year from Notice to Proceed. The right is reserved by the City to thoroughly inspect the establishment, facilities, business reputation and other general qualifications of any bidder and to reject any bid, irrespective of quoted prices, if the bidder shall be determined to be lacking in any of the essentials necessary to assure acceptable standards of performance. The quality of service and equipment offered by the bidder will be one of the conditions taken into consideration when award of agreement is made.
