The District is seeking an experienced and qualified landscape contractor to provide landscape services for thirty-six (36) JRWSS facilities. Start/Delivery Date: May 2022 Q&A Deadline: 03/17/2022 5:00 PM (PST) District reserves the right to reject all proposals. Selection is dependent upon the negotiation of a mutually acceptable Agreement with the successful Proposer. District reserves the right to negotiate with any, all, or none of the Proposers and award any agreement or portion of the work to one or more Proposers. Kyle Gough will be leading a tour of the JRWSS facilities in order to allow for viewing of the landscaping needs at each site. The tour will take approximately 5 hours, if you plan to visit all the sites, and will be a self-driving tour, following the JRWSS vehicle. This tour is available only to the firms that were in attendance at the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Details have been sent directly to the attendees of the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. If you attended the pre-proposal meeting and have not received information regarding the facilities tour, please email me directly at mgeer@scwd.org. This tour is optional and attendance is not required in order to propose on this RFP. Please let me know if you have any questions.
