The City of Laguna Beach Public Works Department invites qualified individuals, firms, or teams experienced in providing consulting services for the preparation and development of an Electric Vehicle Fleet and Charging Station Assessment Master Plan.The main objectives of this process are to 1) evaluate the City's fleet and provide recommendations to transition from fossil fuel vehicles to clean transportation options; 2) develop a plan to provide electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for City fleet vehicles; 3) develop a plan to decommission unnecessary propane and fossil fuel City infrastructure; 4) develop a plan to install EV charging stations throughout the community for public use; and 5) identify potential funding sources.
