The Niagara Catholic District School Board is planning a new Beamsville Catholic Elementary School located on Greenlane Road, Beamsville, Ontario in 2024-25. The Board is seeking the following Contractors listed below who wish to pre-qualify for the bidding. Submissions:
Electronic submissions must include one PDF file (max 35 Pages) of all the following items: Please note: Submissions without all the following items will be dis-qualified and not rated. - A completed Contractor's Qualification Statement CCDC 11 (2019) form.
- Indicate related experience in the past five years to school construction projects over 12-15 Mil or projects of similar size and complexity. Provide reference letters from the project Architects or Owners.
- As a condition of Pre-qualification, submittals must include resumes of key management staff that will be assigned to this project (i.e. Project Managers, and Site Superintendents).
- Submit a list of contractual obligations for other projects your company has scheduled for 2024/2025.
- The Niagara Catholic District Board reserves the right to accept or reject all submissions. The Niagara Catholic District School Board reserves the right to select only those contractors they or their appointed consultants deem suitable and qualified to undertake this project and shall not be accountable to proponents in regard to selection of bidders.
