Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Bids will only be accepted from, the pre-qualified Bidders/Contractors of RFPQ2021-145. Renovation of Male & Female Change Rooms including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire life safety upgrades. The existing men's and women's pool change room interior finishes are dated and do not comply with the Ontario Disabilities Act (ODA) and City of Brampton Accessibility Technical Standards (COB-ATS). There are many significant accessibility deficiencies to warrant a full redesign and renovation of these change rooms. Lockers are corroded and should be replaced at the same time.
