Renovation of a municipal facility in Brampton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids will only be accepted from, the pre-qualified Bidders/Contractors of RFPQ2021-145. The existing Rooftop Units (RTUs) are constant volume units that have exceeded their life expectancy and will be replaced with new Variable Air Volume units. The existing Fan Powered Boxes will be replaced with new VAV boxes. The objective of this Bid is to invite Pre-qualified General Contractors to replace the existing Rooftop Units (RTUs) and Fan Powered Boxes at the Animal Services Facility. 1. RTUs - 3 units. 2.
