Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Congress, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.All materials and equipment must meet the specifications of the Ohio Department of Transportation and shall include all necessary barricades, signs, lights, watchmen, etc., and work performed shall be under the supervision of the Wayne County Engineer's Office.No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening. ONLY ODOT PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTORS ARE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT. All questions must be submitted in writing, via email, to the individual named above. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that all emails are sent and received. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all irregularities and/or defects, and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to Wayne County.
