Repair & upgrade power gate and operators to current code. See details listed below. o Screen tail section of gate. o Replace existing gate rollers with new ultra-rollers, (rollers to have open design roller guards). o Provide and install one (1) - three (3) foot wide pedestrian gate, approximately six (6) feet from corner post. o Remove existing gate operator and install a new MAX2200 battery backed-up power gate operator with mounting shelf and grounding package. o Provide and install one (1) new low voltage transformer to utilize existing 3 phase electrical service. o Provide one (1) new radio receiver and six (6) new radio transmitters. o Provide and install/set one (1) new pedestal and digital keypad outside of gate to allow access to open and close the gate. o Other controls to include; - two (2) vehicle detection modules. -one (1) for safety and reverse. - one (1) for free exit of area. - two (2) monitored bump edges. - one (1) photo beam for entrapment protection. - Install cavity bars and gate receiver
