**As of March 25, 2022, project was awarded to Hank’s Plumbing and Heating, awarded amount is $211,048.50.** Restore perimeter fencing around the closed Stickney Avenue landfill. Project will entail removal of existing vegetation, removal and replacement of select fence sections, and installation of privacy slats. City forms must be filled out and attached to the bid: Project Paperwork (Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Conditions Contract Specifications; Toledo Municipal Income Tax Compliance; Public Utilities Compliance; MBE Good Faith and Goal Commitment; EEO Form; Primary and Subcontractor Forms and Debarment and Suspension Certificate; Best Bid Criteria); Signed Contract by Vendor CEO/President; Current Worker's Compensation Certificate; Insurance Certificate listing the city of Toledo as an additional insurer; Child Support Affidavit; and Tax Exemption Certificate. The following items will be required upon awarding the contract: Performance Bond and PLA, if applicable Prevailing Wages are required for this project. It is the obligation of a contractor or subcontractor to make payment in accordance with the prevailing wage determinations.
