Site work and renovation of a civil project in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Provide/install 2 replacement sanitary wastewater pumps, associated pump control panel, level controls and replace/rehabilitate in-line valves in existing sanitary wastewater wet well In order to be responsive, all bids must have the following with submittal: o Project Paperwork* o Line Items o Bid Guaranty (bid bond or certified check / cashier's check on a solvent bank) o Signed Contract by the Vendor* o Child Support Affidavit* o Bureau of Worker's Compensation Certificate o Insurance Certificate, naming the City of Toledo as an additional insured / Certificate Holder o Procurement and Installation Schedule o Pump specifications and pump curves o 1 page summary of experience with similar projects If using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be scanned and uploaded with your bid. In addition, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. No Company checks will be accepted. Checks shall be made payable to "City of Toledo." If your company does not provide a bid guaranty, your bid submittal will be deemed non-responsive.
