Renovation of a mixed-use development in Maplewood, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Maplewood is seeking a contractor to paint the pool walls and gutters for the lap pool and leisure pool/lazy river at the Maplewood Family Aquatic Center located at 7550 Lohmeyer. Scope of Work o Provide all labor and materials o Clean all surfaces o Prep surfaces for paint coating by pressure washing with sand injection o Clean up and dispose of all debris and residue o Paint the pool walls and gutter tops with white chlorinated rubber pool paint o All work will be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The City of Maplewood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Upon issuance of notice to proceed, all work must be completed no later than April 22, 2022.
