Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Maplewood, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Maplewood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. o Demo the existing windows and install thermal storefront and insulated glass. Metal Finish: Dark Bronze Glass: 1" Clear Std. Low-e Units o All job debris can be dumped in the dumpster at the Public Works facility o Any additional work must be addressed in change order request submitted to the City, which will list time and materials needed o Contractor will be responsible for protecting the workspace o Contractor will be responsible to keep the work area as clean and tidy as possible and eliminate any potential hazards o All work will be performed Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. unless otherwise approved by the Superintendent The contractor shall provide, at a minimum: (1) 1-year contractor's warranty on labor, (2) 10- year manufacturer's warranty on the glass and (3) 3-year manufacturer's warranty on the aluminum finish.
