The City of Maplewood is seeking a licensed drain layer with a minimum of five (5) years of experience to furnish all materials and replace lateral sewer pipe at various residential locations. Contractor will be contacted on an as needed basis. Pipe replacement is performed in either the right-of-way or on private property, but does not include work inside residences. Excavation, defective pipe removal, backfilling and surface restoration are accomplished by city employees.The City will award the service work for two (2) years. The City of Maplewood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
