Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Replace Hastings Hall Roof, HVAC, and Demolish Greenhouse project at Thomas Nelson Community College, Hampton Campus, Project Code: 260-B1260-016 (M21TN104), located in Hampton, Virginia. The project is generally described as the replacement of the roof systems of Hastings Hall, including the modification of the existing HVAC equipment and demolition of the rooftop greenhouse to correct leakage issues and permit the roof replacement. Sealed bids will be received at Virginia Community College System, Attention: Ms. Sibyl Roberts. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2 and Contract Security is required) for any bid regardless of bid amount. The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA.
