Site work and new construction of a stadium in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

The City of Johnstown will receive sealed bids for the Sargents Stadium at the Point Building Construction. 1. Add support beam from restroom to external stair wall to support roof rafters (2) wood 2"x 10" or glue lam. 2. All windows to be from the same manufacturer base Simonton Windows. 3. Baseboard heaters to be 240 1500 watts with built in thermostat. Direct wired 4. Bathroom and office doors do not need to be fire rated. 5. Stair handrail to be 1 1/2 " diameter galvanized steel painted to match Point handrails. 6. Install brick weep holes @ 32" on center 3 courses from the bottom. 7. All utilities are located below the concrete deck. Contractor is responsible for running lines to the nearest connection of adequate size for us
