No definite date for rebid.** Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Replace Existing Air-Cooled Chiller at Rooker Hall at New River Community College, Project Code # 260-B1260-004 (M21NR103), located in Dublin, Virginia. The project is generally described as the removal of an existing air-cooled chiller and associated fan coil units and hydronic components, and installation of an existing packaged rooftop VAV unit with new duct heating coils, VAV terminal units, associated ductwork and diffusers. Packaged RTU is owned by college and is currently on-site. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2 and Contract Security is required) for any bid regardless of bid amount. The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA.
