Reference number : 1576773 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the repair of the (white) roof at Habitations Saint-Raymond located at 5605, Upper Lachine, in the C te-des-Neiges Notre-Dame-de-Gr ce borough in Montreal . The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without being limited to it, the work includes: - the repair of the waterproofing systems of the roofs of basins 1 to 4; - replacement of roof flashing and accessories; - the construction of new bases for various roof equipment; - the installation of a new fixed ladder at the lean-to; - disconnecting and reconnecting the ventilation unit; - the general coordination of works involving subcontracting (ladder and others...) The work will be carried out on a six (6) storey building comprising 105 apartments for the elderly. During the works, the apartments will be occupied. 2. DURATION OF WORK According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around May 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of 12 consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement.
