Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glocester, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Glocester, Rhode Island (Town) is requesting bids for improvements to Glocester Memorial Park. The work in this Contract includes site improvements to Glocester Memorial Park located on Adelaide Way in Glocester, Rhode Island. Glocester Memorial Park is the Town s largest recreational facility. Proposed improvements include grading and site work, a new basketball court, and a pedestrian pathway connecting Putnam Pike to Glocester Memorial Park, including signage. A certificate of Insurance showing Professional Liability and Workers Compensation with a waiver of subrogation will be required of the successful bidder. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof, to waive any formality in same or reject any proposal deemed not to be in the best interest of the Town.
