This 0.1-mile project will include: furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to install a no-fines concrete retaining wall; furnishing and installing a split rail fence; resetting a granite post; removing and resetting a warning sign; furnishing, placing and compacting common borrow; excavating; placing loam and seed; maintaining and protecting traffic; and all incidentals necessary to complete the work for this contract.
