This system will need to be powerful enough for large crowds, easy for school staff to operate, and durable for everyday use during a variety of events. We want to ensure everyone in the gym can hear announcements, music, and speakers clearly, no matter where they are seated. Expected award date: End of March Installation Completion Deadline: 6/30/2025 Here's what we're hoping to get from this project: System Design Work with us to design a sound system that will cover the entire gym with clear, balanced sound. Make recommendations on what equipment will be best for our gym's size and acoustics. Equipment Supply & Installation Provide all the necessary equipment, including speakers, amplifiers, microphones (wired or wireless), mixing consoles, cables, and anything else needed to complete the system. Install everything carefully and make sure it's set up to work seamlessly. System Configuration Adjust the system to make sure it's optimized for our gym's acoustics and layout. Ensure the sound quality is even throughout the space--clear and without distortion or feedback. Testing & Commissioning Test the system to confirm everything is working properly. Fine-tune the system to meet our needs. Provide training for our staff so they know how to use, maintain, and troubleshoot the system if needed. Warranty & Support Provide warranty details for all equipment. Include post-installation support to help us with any adjustments or issues that come up in the months after installation.
