This Request for Quotations (the RFQ ) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the Board ) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Roof Replacement at Rideau Heights Public School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables ). The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of approximately 1,750 square meters of existing BUR roofing on Roof Areas C, D, F, H and I with new modified bituminous membrane roofing and metal flashings. The work also includes the removal of the existing mansard roof on portions of the building with a new metal stud assembly and sheet metal cladding. Finally, the project will replace existing metal siding on the street facing side of the building with new metal cladding to update the appearance of the building.
