Site work for a civil project in Mackenzie, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
The proposed contract requires professional road and bridge construction services at 5 sites off the Gillis FSR, approximately 100 km strait line North-West of the town of Mackenzie. The area was affected by the Klawli Lake fire in 2021 and some of the structures were impacted by the fire. The project involves the removal of three structures (two 9m and one 6m) and the installation of two 12m and one 9m bridges at the sites of the removed bridges. It also includes the replacement of bridge mods on two other 9m structures. The proposed contract also includes the transportation of new bridge materials from Windy Point bridge yard to site and the transportation of all removed materials from site to Windy Point bridge yard.
