Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Provide all labour, materials and products as specified in the drawings and specifications to accommodate the work. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Remove existing windows, infill the openings. Install new door to pool deck, repaint interior walls, install new millwork storage units including concrete base. Construct new concrete block storage enclosure, re-tile pool deck area.
