Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Lyon, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 16, 2022 This project is awarded to Spartan Paving, LLC with awarded amount of $2,713,468.04. Construction is expected to start in late-June or early-July, 2022. Work to be done under this Contract is generally described as the cold-milling and placement of a bituminous overlay on 15 residential streets within the Tanglewood Golf Community. The work includes approximately 14,000 tons of cold-milling bituminous pavement; about 8,100 tons of MDOT 5E1 and 1,150 tons of MDOT 3E1 HMA pavement; about 4,800 tons of MDOT 3E1 to be used as a patching mixture; 6,100 lineal feet of concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement; repairing concrete block storm sewer manholes and inlet structures; maintaining traffic; and all other necessary and related work.
