Morgantown Utility Board requests qualification submittals for professional architectural and engineering services for renovations and/or additions to its existing office building located at 278 Greenbag Road in Morgantown, West Virginia. The full scope of work for the project and anticipated project budget are to be determined. Interested firms are to submit five (5) hard copies of their Statement of Qualification (SOQ) submittal, which should include a) an expression of interest and statement of qualifications for the project, b) a summary of comparable completed projects that includes client, date, scope, and photos, c) a list of pertinent references, and d) an overview of the approach anticipated for this project. Based upon the review of the SOQ of each respondent, firms may be invited for interviews with the selection committee. Said interviews shall be by invitation only. The evaluation of respondents and the selection of any Consultant so chosen will be conducted on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualification for the described professional services, in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.
