Reynolds School District invites written sealed proposals for Architectural/Engineering services for their Reynolds Middle School Cafeteria Structural Seismic Upgrades. The Reynolds Middle School Cafeteria Structural Seismic Upgrade ( Project ) located at 1200 NE 201st Avenue, Fairview, Oregon. The building structure was built in 1956. On February 28, 2020, Holmes Structures ( Holmes ) conducted a survey of the existing cafeteria wing. The Holmes report is attached to this document as Attachment E, which provides existing condition of the cafeteria and recommendations. Note this request for RFP is only for the cafeteria. The cafeteria is located in the main Reynolds Middle School building along the south. Adjacent to the cafeteria, further south, is the covered recess area. The District reserves the right to seek clarifications of each Proposal. The District reserves the right to negotiate final contracts in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time if doing so would be in the public interest, as determined by the District. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
