Contractor shall furnish all the labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and subcontractors necessary to provide repair of degrading concrete slab sections as outlines on drawings, at outdoor South loading dock of the 331 facility. Replacement of steel stair structure from ground level to loading dock. Approximately 300 square feet of concrete to be removed repaired. Removing and replacing stairs with aluminum stairs and handrail. Prime Contractor shall be pre-qualified prior to submitting bid; likewise, Subcontractors to a Prime Contractor performing work shall be prequalified prior to issuance of NTP. Note - An Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of less than or equal to 0.9 for Prime Contractor (1.0 for Subcontractors) and no willful OSHA/State Labor & Industries Citations over the past three years is needed to meet the pre-qualification requirement.
