Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Q and a open: March 1, 2022 7:30:00 AM Q and a close: March 16, 2022 12:30:00 AM Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) will receive bids, for cleaning and cement mortar lining of water mains. Cleaning and cement mortar lining shall involve furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment to successfully clean and cement mortar line the inside of water mains (pipe and fittings). SPRWS has numerous unlined cast iron water mains in its distribution system. The distribution system conveys treated potable water to citizens of St. Paul and surrounding suburbs. The intent of this contract is to improve water flow, water quality, and maintenance problems in these mains Addenda (if necessary) will be posted on Wednesday, March 16th, 2022. Should the successful bidder fail to complete there quires work of the Contract by the designated completion date, the bidder shall pay to SPRWS five hundred dollars ($500.00) per day for each calendar day that work extends beyond the designated date. All work under this contract shall be completed by September 30, 2022 unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner. Engineer will have authority to reject D e f e c t i v e Work. Engineer will also have authority to require special inspection or testing of the Work whether or not the Work is fabricated, installed or completed
