Renovation of a water / sewer project in Wylie, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City is seeking an experienced contractors for the timely construction and installation of three (3) standby generators at three (3) pump stations. This consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work required for the construction of a 500 kW generator, ATS, and electrical appurtenances for the East Brown Pump Station; a 750 kW, ATS, and electrical appurtenances for the Newport Harbor Pump Station; and a 400 kW generator, ATS and electrical appurtenances for the Nortex Pump Station, making all three generators fully functional and operational. Engineer s Estimated Project Budget: $1,764,000.00 Engineer s Estimated Substantial Completion: 400 consecutive calendar days Final Completion shall not exceed: 430 consecutive calendar day Bid Bond (5%) Required Questions can be submitted via email prior to the pre-proposal conference.
