Solicitation Description Estimated Cost: $270,000.00 Each Offeror shall consider sending only one (1) representative from their company to be present at the public bid opening. All persons attending public bid openings shall comply with all provisions of the most current Office of the Governor, State of Hawaii Proclamation Related to the COVID-19 Emergency and the City and County of Honolulu, Mayor's Emergency Order (collectively, the "Proclamations"). If such provisions impose any limitations on attendance at public bid openings, the Division of Purchasing will make accommodations to the extent allowable under such restrictions. If any person attending does not comply with the most current provisions of the Proclamations, the City reserves the right to request the attendee to become compliant or be asked to leave. By attending the public bid opening, the attendee is acknowledging their full compliance with the Proclamations. To be eligible to bid, the prospective bidder must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of contractors. The Hawaii product preference pursuant to HRS 103D-1002 and Section 3-124 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) may be applicable to this solicitation.
