Proposals will be received for the following contract: Trade of Contract Base Bid Contract Cost Estimate General Building Construction $ 130,000 Electrical Construction $ 20,000 Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid in conformance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with Chapter 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Surety Company executing the Bond shall be listed on the Treasury Department's most current list and authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio. Bids of Corporations not charted in Ohio MUST be accompanied by proper certifications that such Corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio. Attention of the Bidder is directed to the requirements that each proposal must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, properly executed by the Bidder. Further, the successful Bidder will be required to execute a Delinquent Personal Property Tax Affidavit required by Sec. 5719.042 of the Ohio Revised Code. No payment shall be made on any contract for which no such affidavit has been submitted. Liberty Local Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to wave informalities.
