Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: The scope of this contract is to provide miscellaneous traffic signal repairs, city wide, on an as-needed basis. Items of work will typically include the removal and replacement of traffic signal conduit, loops, pole bases, and other miscellaneous traffic signal items as needed. All quantities listed are for purposes of comparing bids only, and represent no guarantee of the quantities to be completed. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165, enacted by the Nevada Legislature by passage of Senate Bill No. 207, setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works. Only those bidders who have registered as a vendor and are included in and appear on the prospective bidders list may submit a bid. The contact person for this project is Kurt M.
