The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner," on behalf of the Georgia Department of Education ("Using Agency" or "DOE"), is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing general contractor services for the renovation/construction of a project known as Project SBE-039, Mobley Hall Renovations & Pulliam Offices Addition located at the Georgia FFA/FCCLA Center in Covington, Georgia ("Project"). Those firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this Project will be invited to submit bids for the GC Services for this Project. The Request for Qualifications can be downloaded from the Georgia Procurement Registry by selecting the Documents tab at the top of this page.
