Written Q&A Period - Deadline for Submitting Written Questions Date, Time and Location: Monday, March 21, 2022 to Alexander.johnson@durhamnc.gov Request for Proposal (RFP) for regular right-of-way maintenance including, but not limited to, mowing; string trimming; herbicide application; and litter and debris removal on internal municipal and state streets, overpasses and underpasses, and both divided and undivided interstate highways located primarily inside the city limits of Durham (collectively referred to as Rights-of-way or ROW). The initial term of this contract will be three (3) years. The City of Durham (City) may renew this contract for up to three additional one (1) year terms, for a potential total term of six (6) years. This RFP provides complete information on the services being sought, the submittal requirements, and the timeline. The City and the Contractor will create mutually agreeable schedules for all maintenance to be performed pursuant to the contract. The Contractor shall follow all applicable law in performing any maintenance pursuant to the contract. Sections 41 through and including 49 are part of the Scope of Work.
