labor, material, equipment and services necessary to perform the Maintenance and Restoration of all Storm Water Recharge Basins consisting of but not limited to draining all water, removal of accumulated silt and debris from the bottom of the basin and the replacement of clean fill located on the main campus and all other off site locations belonging to the State University of New York at Stony Brook SUNY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the above schedule.
