2022 LED Lighting Upgrade Project Contract for Workforce Safety and Insurance, as described in Contract Documents prepared by SitelogIQ, Inc, St Paul, MN 55110, Construction Manager. All qualified proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time. A bid tab will be provided. The project will consist of retrofitting all interior and exterior lights with direct wired LED lamps or replacement of the fixture with a new LED fixture at the Workforce Safety and Insurance building as outlined in specification 000001 265600 and drawings. Completion is required to be no later than August 18, 2022. Written questions must be received by 12:00 p.m., CT, Monday, March 21, 2022, to allow issuance of any necessary amendments. The North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of 60 days after the day fixed for the opening of the bids, and the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Notice to Proceed will be given on or about April 5, 2022.
