As of May 24, 2022 owner will rebid this project. No definite date for the rebid. The project is a complete interior and partial exterior renovation of an existing 5,600 SF building and an addition of approximately 1,300 SF. The existing building is made up of an original building, built in the early 1900's, and at least 5 subsequent additions. In order to eliminate unknown conditions the Tenant has completed the removal of: nearly all interior finishes, improvements, non-structural partitions, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical improvements, all lead paint and nearly all of any asbestos containing materials. This has resulted in a building in a rough framing/in-the-dry condition. The project is being funded with State of Ohio funds, Federal funds and private funds. For this reason, the project is being simultaneously bid in two parts. This contract, Bid Package 2, includes the separate bids for the HVAC, plumbing, cabinet work and floor coverings and is funded with Federal funds. The other portion of the work, Bid Package 1, includes separate bids for the electrical work, a fire suppression system and a general trades contract that includes revisions to the existing framing, new windows, doors and siding, a 1,300 SF wood framed addition, and all new finishes throughout both the existing building and addition as well as site work including a new 6" tap and water line to the building, new sidewalks, handicapped access ramp, grading, fencing and site lighting. Bid Package1 will be funded with both State Funds and Private Funds. The deadline for bidders to submit Requests For Information (RFI) shall be the end of the day on March 29, 2022.
