The Township is seeking proposals for the demolition of three buildings on three separate properties. The project includes the demolition of the building structure and cleanup of all building structure materials, exterior and internal site material, and refuse in the building as of May 2, 2022 . Any and all materials as part of this contract (unless specified in the exclusions section below) must be removed from the site for reuse, recycling or be disposed of in an appropriate manner as per OPSS-180. Structure 1 - Barn - Lot 5, Concession 1, Division 3, Part of Lot 6, Con. 1 (former Bryan s lands), Hwy 6, Chatsworth. The barn is constructed with a stone foundation, wood framing, barn board exterior, and a steel roof. The bottom floor of the barn is made with concrete and the upper floor is made with a wood floor and walls. Structure 2 - Scone Hall - Lots 2 - 4, Plan 143, 015201 Grey Bruce Line. The structure is a single-story bloc and brick building with asphalt shingled roof. Structure 3 - Lions' Hall, Holland Centre, Part Lot 35, Plan 126, Parts 1&2, Plan 16R-8645, 680208 30 Sideroad.
