Charlotte Water is requesting proposals from qualified companies interested in providing engineering (design and regulatory permitting) and land survey of watermain and sanitary sewer street main extensions or other miscellaneous watermain extensions and sanitary sewer projects. The company does not need to provide both engineering and land survey services. However, since this contract will mostly be engineering work, the engineering firm must be the lead (prime) and the main point of contact must be a Professional Engineer, licensed to work in the State of North Carolina and competent in water/wastewater. The engineering firm must submit an SOQ in coordination with a land survey firm that will serve as the subconsultant. The requirements for submitting a Statement of Qualifications are stated in the attached Request for Qualifications. Last Day for Questions March 22, 2022 at 5:00 p.m Selection Notification April - May 2022 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
