The project will consist of the completion of the planning, design, construction, commissioning, performance trial, warranty, and long-term follow-up support of the Mishkeegogmang Water Treatment Systems Upgrades Project at the New Osnaburgh settlement. The project includes but is not limited to the design, construction, commissioning, performance trial, warranty, and support services of the planned expansion of the existing water treatment facility, its raw water pumping system, its treated water storage reservoir, its building, its pre-filtration and primary membrane treatment technology, new water servicing connections to the existing piped distribution network for 43 infill lots throughout the settlement proper, wastewater piping connections to the existing system, and decommissioning of the existing water treatment plant.
