Site work for a civil project in Osnaburgh House, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The works for this project includes water servicing and drainage works for 28 residential lots along the existing Porcupine Road and 6 commercial lots along the existing Airport Road. Additionally, the works for this project include water servicing for the existing Church and Arena buildings. Works generally include: - 1,200 lin. m HDPE watermain - 680 lin. m water service lines - 400 cu. m. rock removal - 3,700 lin. m ditch excavation - lot grading - 28 private approach installations - 450, 600, 750, 900 and 1,050 mm diameter culverts - Ditch grading The Work, as shown on Plans or as specified including but not limited to: .1 Supply and installation of all products, materials, structures, renovations, accessories and services necessary for and incidental to the completion of all work shown on the Plans and specified within the Specifications. .2 The Work generally includes: .1 Supply and installation of HDPE watermains; .2 Supply and installation of HDPE water service lines; .3Construction of drainage ditches; and, .4 Lot grading and perimeter drainage. The Bidder shall submit a bid security of at least 10% of the tender amount with its tender in the form of a bid bond or a security deposit. .1 The Contractor shall deliver to the Engineer pursuant to CS1. .1 a performance bond and a labour and material payment bond each in an amount that is equal to not less than 50% of the contract amount referred to in the Articles of Agreement, or .2 a labour and material payment bond in an amount that is equal to not less than 50% of the contract amount referred to in the Articles of Agreement, and a security deposit in an amount that is equal to .1 not less than 10% of the contract amount referred to in the Articles of Agreement where that does not exceed $250,000, or .2 $25,000, plus 5% of the part of the contract amount referred to in the Articles of Agreement that exceeds $250,000, or .3 a security deposit in an amount prescribed by CS2.1.2 plus an additional amount that is equal to 10% of the contract amount referred to in the Articles of Agreement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. DESCRIPTION: The carrying out and doing of all things whether of a temporary or permanent nature, that are to be done by the Contractor, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. The works for this project includes water servicing and drainage works for 28 residential lots along the existing Porcupine Road and 6 commercial lots along the existing Airport Road. Additionally, the works for this project include water servicing for the existing Church and Arena buildings.
