The estimated value of the construction work is between $264,200.00 and $366,199.00 (plus tax). For information purposes, the work covered by this contract consists mainly of replacing the electric boiler. The work will be carried out in an occupied building, in constant operation. The work completion period is 15 weeks from the date of the authorization to begin the work given by the project manager. (To be carried out ideally during the 2022 summer season). Only contractors having a business office in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act are eligible to bid. .
